Bayou Fest Houston is the brain child of Paul Ehmer (Dimitri’s Rail), Hank Cortez and Mike Cortez (MMP). The goal of Bayou Fest Houston is to help create and rejuvenate the music scene in Houston, Texas and bring notice to the extraordinary talent of the core group of high end bands based in Houston and regionally. This will help boost the economy in Houston through awareness of local business. Bayou Fest Houston is benefitting The Layla Grace Children’s Cancer Research Foundation to raise money/awareness for childhood cancer.

BACK FROM ASHES, our hard hitting, heavy rocking friends from Phoenix are back and bigger than ever! They’ve finished post production of their Sophomore, full length album, II VI I, and can’t wait to share it with the world. The guys have set the CD Release Party date for Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Joe’s Grotto. Album producer, Ryan Greene, will be handling live sound for the event!
